Terms of rental
Bikes are delivered in the best conditions however, before starting the excursion, it is advisable to check that everything is in order for on your return you may be charged with eventual damages.
In the event of damage to parts and accessories, (tyre punctures costs € 3,00), you will be required to refund them according to the current price-list and/or the expenses for mending. In the event of theft you will be required to refund the cost of the bike.
On delivery of the vehicle you will be required to lodge a deposit in cash. The deposit will be returned when you redeliver the bike, once any lack of damage has been verified.

When using a rented bike it is the client's duty to:
use the bike personally; do not allow anyone else to use the bike;
respect road signs, pedestrians and other means of transport and the rules of the road;
lock the bike with the appropriate device during unattended stops; assure under his own responsibility the custody of eventual equipment required.
It is furthermore prohibited to participate in races, competitions or speed runs with the vehicle.
Ichnusa Bike does not assume any responsibility for damage caused to people or things by a client with a rented bike.
If the client is under 16 years of age, one of the parents or who acts for them must provide a suitable document

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION
Customers that for any reason withdraw from the contract before the beginning of the service will be charged a penalty of € 20.00 as management fees plus the following percentages on the total budget, calculated according to how many days before the beginning of the services cancellation takes place:


a) withdrawal up to 31 days before departure 10% of the total
b) withdrawal from 30 to 21 days before departure 25% of the total
c) withdrawal from 20 to 11 days before departure 50% of total
d) withdrawal from 10 to 4 days before departure 75% of the total amount
e) withdrawal within 3 days before departure 100% of the total.
