Day 1: Arrival in Cagliari
Independent arrival in Cagliari, meeting with IchnusaBike staff and accommodation in B&B in the old town centre of this city that is still capable of inspiring and affascinating visitors.
Delivery of the road-book and other material and briefing on the bike tour.

Day 2: Barumini
From the sea of Cagliari until the less known areas of ​​Sardinia, that hold inside delightful landscapes and incredible historical relics such as the Menhir stones of Goni or the nuragic fortress of Barumini near which you will spend the night.
By bike: Approx 105 kms - Total ascent 1300 m

Day 3: Cabras
After breakfast, a lap with some uphills at the beginning that will lead you in the evening to the North of Sinis Peninsula and then close to Salvatore di Sinis, a small village uninhabited for most of the year, which between late August and the first Sunday in September comes to life during the religious festivals that take place there.
By bike: 125 approx kms – Total Ascent: 730 mt

Day 4: Cabras
After breakfast, a day of rest with a slow and relaxing visit of the Sinis Peninsula, of its beaches and, on request, of the archaeological site of Tharros.
By bike: 40 approx kms – Total Ascent:120 mt.)

Day 5: Montevecchio
From the flat and sometimes nearly desert landscapes of the Sinis Peninsula to the breathtaking Green Coast with the imposing dunes of Piscinas, the village of Montevecchio and the ruins of the greatest mine district of Sardinia.
By bike: 100 approx kms – Total Ascent: 800 mt.

Day 6: Cagliari
More sea and spectacular landscapes in this fascinating final lap that finally, after passing through the mining villages of Buggeru and Nebida, will lead you to Iglesias where a transfer will take you back to Cagliari.
During the trip you can stop at the inlet of Cala Domestica and go for a walk at Nebida where you can see the white stack of Sugar Loaf rise from the sea.

Day 7: Leaving
