 Day 1: Arrival in Cagliari
Arrival in Cagliari, meeting with Ichnusabike staff and transfer to Iglesias.
Arrival at the hotel, accommodation, delivery of the Roadbook, maps and briefing for this tour.
Free time to visit the natural and mineralogical sites of the town.

Day 2: Towards the sea
From Iglesias to the wild landscapes of Capo Pecora, through the mining village of Fluminimaggiore.During the trip you could visit some interesting sites as the ancient Punic-Roman temple of Antas (dedicated to the Sardinian people's eponymous god Sardus Pater Babai) and the Natural caves of Su Mannau with their 6 kms of broad halls, galleries and wells.

Day 3: Pan di Zucchero
After Breakfast, maybe the most difficult lap of your journey!
After crossing the mining village of Bugerrru you will start a series of difficult but not impossible uphills and downhills that will take you to Nebida where the descent to the coast starts.
During the trip, we suggest a stop at the creek of Cala Domestica with a beach covered in fine sand mixed with gravel.
In the evening, arrival at the hotel near Portoscuso.

Day 4: Island by the island
After breakfast, you'll take a boat to Carloforte, a seaside town whose architecture, dialect and traditions recall the origins of its Ligurian inhabitants.Once you have landed on the island, you will go on an excursion which will enable you to visit the Island of S.Pietro, among the natural monuments, beaches and old fishing nets.
In the evening you will take the boat to Calasetta

Day 5: The Phoenician island
Once you have left your hotel which is near the sea, you will set out on an interesting tour of the Island of S.Antioco, with its museums, traces of the past and handicrafts that make it unique in the world.
By bike: approx. 45 km – Total Ascent: 416 m

Day 6: The Sulcis region
From Calasetta to S. Anna Arresi deep in the south of the island. Along the way you'll visit the Church of St. Maria and the abandoned medieval village of Tratalias (which is now being restored). Shortly before reaching the hotel, following the road-book, you'll reach Porto Pino a little sea location renowned for its dunes and beaches of fine white sand.
By bike: approx. 57 km – Total Ascent: 300 m

Day 7: The south coast
From S. Anna Arresi to Chia along the southern Coast you'll admire a beautiful mixture of wild coasts, Mediterranean scrub, and lovely creeks.
Once you reach Chia all you have to do is relax and sunbathe on the beautiful long beach right by the hotel.

Day 8: Departure
Our services end after breakfast when a transfer will take you to the airport but, if you have time, we suggest you visit Cagliari by foot.
Down the narrow cobblestone lanes in the historical district, the shopping roads, along the walls, the buildings and the churches, you'll retrace the history of this city with a thousand different faces and traits that make it unique in its multiplicity.
